With reference to the statistics of recent private home developments, it has shown a steady trend of private home sales during 2020 despite the global pandemic which forced many countries in lockdown. Approximately 10,000 units were sold in 2020 while 9,912 and 8,795 were sold in 2019 and 2018 respectively.
